UP-DATE TO DEPLOYMENT OF TWO ‘FLiDAR BUOYS AND ONE ‘WAVE BUOY’
IN THE AREA JUST OUTSIDE NW CORNER OF THE WEST of DUDDON SANDS WIND FARM
The deployment of the two FLiDAR BUOYS, each with an associated marker or pendant buoy, and the one WAVE BUOY has now been confirmed.
As long as the weather and conditions remain favourable deployment will take place over a 3 day period, between Saturday 7th and Monday 9th January, using two vessels, the Bay Towage vessel ‘Torch’ and the Briggs Marine vessel ‘FORTH WARRIOR’ (pictures of both vessels attached).
