Dinghy Work Party 09.00hrs

Dinghy work party primarily to replace several race marks at low water.
LW 11.16 height 2.7m
Please where suitable gear for mud and water.
The ‘Order of Service’ scraped from Don’s email:-
1) Replace the following Race Marks (tide permitting)
OLD RACE MARK REPLACE WITH NEW
No 5 BUOY No 4
No 9 BUOY No 9
No 7 BUOY No 10
No ODM No ODM
(Note:- All the above are situated on the North Side of the Estuary and will need to be replaced at low water (time 11.16 height 2.7m).
Before fixing any new buoy make sure ground tackle is in good condition.
2) Clean out both Dinghy Tanks with pressure jet.
3) Work on Race Box (clean area and fix “none slip” stair treads)
Inspect condition of Triangle Lighting System on club roof.
Inspect Flag Pole on club roof (may need to “step the mast” later in the year)
4) Tidy up garage and mark up sails etc for club boats
(check all boats are kitted out ready for dispatch to Fairhaven Lake. 8th April).
