In calm weather 6 boats carrying 26 sailors and one dog set out for Preston Marina for the Christmas Cruise.
The boats were;
“Fantasy”, “Lady Coaster”, “Missi Pippi”, “Whimbrel”, “Sandblaster” and “Sissy Too”afew more joined the party at the Marina where lunch was taken. Then there was the usual singing of carols with Father Christmas supplying cheer and mince pies.
A good trip was enjoyed by all.
